Expiring Rents Page

The Expiring rents page is the default homepage if the bookmark has not been set. If you have set the homepage to a different location you can get back to the expiring rents page by clicking, Files on the left navbar then clicking Expiring rents (Adding a direct link is on our list, but typically it defaults to it on log in.)

The Expiring rents page differs from the tenant list in how the data is presented. The Expiring rents page does not list the lease end date but rather the current expiration date, along with COI compliance for insurance tracking and the number of option periods remaining:
