Validation Mode

This feature is at the top left of the Nav Menu. This allows you to Verify that Tenants' information is correct, this is currently used by RAAMP's team to verify their lease abstraction.

You can turn on validation mode here:

You will know you are in validation mode because the screen borders will become orange and the validation mode will be lit orange as well.

Once in validation mode you can navigate to the tenants list and see the status of your tenants.

You can adjust the status of tenants on the main edit page:

Tenant only is the main properties of the lease, Tenant and Descendants is saying that all the options periods, clauses, charges and other data is all valid. Otherwise, you will need to validate all those items separately.
