Add New Invoice

  1. Either click the plus on the left nav bar or navigate to the receivables list and press the plus at the top of the list that says "Add New invoice"

  2. Select the Property/Company Entity

  3. Select the Recipient. You can switch to different types of tenants using the attachment

  4. If the Tenant has any bill backs, a modal will appear, you can select any bill backs you want added to the invoice. Use the check box and hit Apply

  5. The amount will automatically be added to the invoice and coded to the appropriate account.

  6. Select the management company, this determines future tenant communication and the look and feel of the invoice.

  7. Enter the Date

  8. Enter invoice Number

  9. Select the terms. You can add terms on the fly.

  10. To add Items to the invoice use the Add new row button

  11. You can add any messages to the customer or an internal memo

  12. Upload any relevant files

  13. Click save or Save & New Save simply saves the invoice , save & new saves then opens a new invoice within the same company you were working with.
