Import Rents/CAM Estimates into a budget

RAAMP allows you to import your current rents for all your tenants based on the lease abstracts, this has several advantages.

  1. All rents are prorated so you get accurate monthly rents
  2. imports automatically adjust for escalations and options
  3. Cam Estimates, if set to fixed, also automatically escalate and prorate

How to Import on an account line

  1. Click the import button on the account name: attachment

  2. Pick Base Rents or CAM Estimates. (Do not pick actuals because those are historical values)

  3. Rather than selecting the default value of the previous year, set the Import date to the current period. In this example the budget starts on Jan 2017, so the value selected would be Jan 2017.

  4. Once all your settings are done, you can apply adjustments and other options. Click Import to apply it to the budget.. attachment
