How to Give a Tenant User Access to a Tenant File

1. You will need to upload the file into their Tenant Folder: Tenants: Files Tab

2. Once the File is in the folder, single click the file to bring up the edit panel:

3. On the Edit panel you will see a list of the four types of tenant users. You will check any of the roles you want to have access to the file:

   

Notice By Default no permission are set for files, this is a security protocol preventing accidental sharing of files.
